We launched a new service called Snapbomb Buzz Marketing that enables advertisers to get their word out through the blogging community. Think of it like Nike and Accenture hiring Tiger Woods to be in their commercials and on their billboards. Except in this case, an Advertiser hires a blogger, not an athlete. ;) There are other services that attempt to do this, but Snapbomb has stepped it up a notch by making the process fully automated. An Advertiser simply creates a Campaign, sets up targeting criteria and a budget then lets the word spread. Bloggers are given a valuation based on statistics (traffic, readership, feedback, etc) so the Advertiser can feel comfortable paying bloggers since they know they are getting what they pay for in terms of eyeballs and reach.
Included in the offering is a free Buzz Analytics suite that will allow advertisers to see how their buzz is right now and to track it over time. Pretty cool stuff if I do say so myself.
